We charge a monthly SenderID fee to enable your CommzGate account to use your registered SenderID, this is apart from the SGNIC registration fees.
Due to Singapore SenderID requirements, CommzGate implements additional security measures to securely enable Singapore SenderID for our customers as well as follow a strict onboarding and KYC process.
These security measures require additional infrastructure and internal processes.
Some of the active security measures include but is not limited to:
- ensuring only your authorized CommzGate accounts are permitted to use your registered SenderID
- blocking unauthorized use of your registered SenderID
- verifying all registered SenderIDs with latest updated SSIR list
- tracking and verifying respective Letters of Authorizations
- reporting to IMDA on any abuse of Singapore SenderIDs
If the specified SenderID is not enabled for your account, the SMS is sent as Likely-SCAM.
