How do I get alerted when my prepaid credits falls below a threshold?

Login to your account at https://portal.commzgate.com and click on the 'More' tab.

Looks for the link "Low Message Credit Alerts".  You can set an email alert here to be triggered when your credits falls below a configured threshold. The email alert will be sent to your email address configured on the portal.
