What is the different between admin vs user access roles for CommzGate portal?

Administrators have full access to all portal features and can manage all aspects of the platform, such as user accounts, SMS sender IDs, and message templates. Users, on the other hand, can only view and manage their own messages, but cannot access or modify any other user's messages or account settings
