Votes will be tallied according to unique votes per unique mobile number. So if Mobile number 1 voted V1 and V2 then counted as 2 Votes (1Vote for V1 and 1 Vote for V2), but if Mobile number 1 voted for V1 twice then counted as 1 Vote only for V1.
