How to configure a password for my API account?

Please note that your API credentials is different from your Web Portal login credentials. Please login to your account and click on the My Profile link on the top right corner of the page. Click on Change your API Password to create a password for your API.

Your API ID can be found under the 'Web API' page of the portal.

    Hello Support, My SMPP does not accept long password only 8 characters long,
