Getting a GCM API key from Google for configuration on MACH Portal

I am integrating my Android app to MACH, and the MACH Portal is asking me for my Google GCM API key. How do I get this GCM API key from Google?

1. Using your Google account, login to https://console.developers.google.com
2. Under 'APIs & auth', choose 'APIs' and enable "Google Cloud Messaging for Android" . See attached screenshot.
3. Then under 'APIs & auth', choose 'Credentials' and under 'Public API access', click on 'Create New Key'. Select 'Server key' to create your API key and enter this key onto the MACH Web Portal under your Android device configuration. See attached screenshot.
