CommzGate Support If the problem is User Interface related, please send us a screen shot of the web interface where the problem occurred.
If the problem is related to message sending or receiving, please send us the commzgate.log file found at the following location where you had installed CommzGate
For Windows:
<Location of CommzGate>\COMMZGATE\log\
e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\COMMZGATE\log\
For Linux:
<Location of CommzGate>/COMMZGATE/log/
