I am on the Basic Plan. Sometimes, when I use the Campaign feature to send a large broadcast, the sending progress indicator moves quite slowly. Why is this so?

CommzGate Support If you are a Basic Plan user, you are using a shared Direct-to-Telco link to the 3 local SMSC networks. This means that if another Basic Plan user had just initiated a large broadcast, your own broadcast will be queued up behind that broadcast and will proceed only when the broadcast before you has complete. When you first setup your Broadcast Campaign, you will be able to see a real-time usage status of the shared link by looking at the "Broadcast Completion Time Estimator" .
If you only have a small batch of messages that you need to send urgently, use the "QuickSend" feature to send your messages. The "QuickSend" feature is given a special higher priority and will by-pass messages in the "Campaign Broadcast" queue. (Do note that you can only send small volume messages using "QuickSend")
Alternatively, explore upgrading to our Pro Plan to get your own dedicated "Direct-to-Telco" link to the 3 local SMSC networks. This means that your link is not shared and will always be available to you only.
