I am accessing CommzGate Cloud SMS from my office. What can I do to resolve such errors?

CommzGate Support If you are accessing CommzGate from within a corporate network, the problem is certainly due to the proxy server in your office network caching old files from our portal and preventing your web browser from using our updated portal.
There are 2 things you can do to resolve this:
1) Ask your network administrator to clear the cache on your proxy server. If possible, request to not cache files coming from http://portal.commzgate.com
2) Clear the cache on your web browser as well
