Why does a message sent to a certain mobile number via the Web Portal show up as "Not Supported" in the reports?

  The mobile number probably belongs to an unsupported operator such as PLDT(SG).

  Eg. PLDT is not a supported service provider as they do not provide SMSC access for third-party providers to reach their subscribers
