Almost all the changes are at the backend and will be transparent to you. The domain names that you are currently accessing at
will automatically point you to our new platform on 26-August 2017, Sat at 00:00.
What you will experience after the switch will include:
*Faster page load times for the CloudSMS Web Portal
*Faster response for each CloudSMS MT API request
*Faster return of results when loading reports and message log details on the CloudSMS Web Portal.
There is no action required on your part. All your data is already automatically synced in real-time to the new platform. However, our team will be on standby to support you should you encounter any issues.
