How to power cycle the CG-ONE 3G modem

If your messages encounter a 'Modem Error' status consistently, carry out a hard power recycle of the 3G modem by doing this:


1) Unplug the modem, wait 30sec
2) Plug back the modem
3) Restart the appliance via the Web Admin console.

Login again as admin check the dashboard to see if the message sending is now succesful.
