Setting up Email-to-SMS for CG-ONE and CG-RACK – Support Center

To enable Email-to-SMS for CG-ONE or CG-RACK, login to the web interface as administrator.

In the 'API Access' page, make sure the value for authentication token is entered as 'emailtosms'

You can now proceed to send an email to the CG-ONE or CG-RACK's IP address using the example shown below:

Send the email to 6587654321@<IP address>
The Email message content (plain-text only) will be forwarded as an SMS
If you have a pre-configured address book group, you can also send the email to:
<Group Name>@<IP address>
