If you are using a Singtel prepaid SIM card for your CG-ONE unit, please configure the "Custom SMSC Number" value to "6596400001" as per screenshot example below. (For all other SIM cards from Singapore Telcos, you do not have to make any changes).
This configuration page is found in 'Configure> System and Modems'.
Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page after adding the value, and then click 'Restart Worker' for the new setting to take effect.
