Exporting CG-ONE log file for troubleshooting support

If your CG-ONE unit encounters a problem, export the 'Raw Log 1 ' file as indicated below and send that to us for our troubleshooting via this link Submit Support Ticket. We will get back to you ASAP.
(Please do not restart the worker process until you have exported the log file)
