This message may appear on your CG-ONE Dashboard page while the attached USB 3G modems are in the process of initialising or re-initialising. If this message prompt disappears after a few minutes, you can safely ignore this prompt, as the CG-ONE system conducts automate system health checks and may attempt to self-restart attached modems, depending on 3G network conditions etc.
If the message prompt stays on the Dashboard screen, check the physical connection of the USB 3G modem to the CG-ONE unit, make sure it's attached properly, and then restart the Worker process under the 'System and Modems' page.
