CommzGate Portal supports the sending of a alternate message content as SMS should the delivery of your WhatsApp message fails for some reason.
To enable this feature, login to CommzGate portal and navigate to the 'WhatsApp Message Templates' page. Select the WhatsApp message template to enable SMS Failover, click 'Edit' next to 'Optional SMS Failover' and enter a failover SMS message content as indicated below.
If you are sending the message via API, please set the "SMSFailOver" parameter to 'true'
