Alert12 activation status and expiry time

Each Alert12 activation will have a default expiry time set to 2 hours, during which the status for activation report will be displayed as 'In Progress'.

This is to allow mobile recipients sufficient time to respond in case they miss the initial batch of messages.  Any response received by the system after this expiry time will not be captured by the system.

You are able to change this default expiry to a value you wish.
