I would like to check with you whether it is possible to send an e-mail to
CommzGate server, it will automatically trigger to send an SMS message to
the support personnel.

CommzGate Private Cloud Server can process Email Messages into SMS to be forwarded to a pre-configured mobile number. An external Email Server that is capable of POP3 or IMAP is required for this work. You can also use Google's Gmail service as the external Email Service.

To enable this function, login to your account on the CommzGate Private Cloud Server. Click on "SMS Apps> Email-to-SMS"

You will see the configuration page below.

Fill up the details of your Email account on the external Email Server and click Save.

For version 5 or later:

If you wish to use the Subject field of the email to contain the mobile number to forward to, enter * in the "Mobile Number to forward to" field

Only 1 mobile number is allowed in the Subject of your emails and please include the international country code of the mobile number e.g. 6591112233
